Shepherd’s pie or Cottage pie is an English type of meat pie. In England and Australia, it is called a beef dish. It is an oven dish that has a variety of recipes. This is an improved Easy Recipe for Shepherd’s Pie and it’s an appetizing dish with layers of meat and vegetables. It has the main ingredients as smashed potatoes and meat with vegetables of your choice. When the lamb is used it is called meat shepherd’s pie and cottage pie when beef meat is used. These Easy Recipe for Shepherd’s Pie or Cottage Pie are the same just a variation in the use of meat. One of the interesting things about it is that it can be freeze and also good for healthy living so it is said to be a gluten-free dish.
INGREDIENTS FOR SHEPHERD’S PIE

|340g chicken bouillon|

|5g sliced rosemary leaves|

Shepherd’s Pie Preparation
Boil the cube sliced potatoes that have been you have bee peeled. Boil for 15-20 minutes until it becomes soft. Warm the butter in a microwave for 40 seconds. Sieve and stir the boiled potatoes that have been smashed in the egg yolk and sprinkle with salt and pepper and continue to stir to blend.
Heat the oven to 420 degrees F.
Using saucepan heat the oil to simmer and add the sauce, onions, and carrot leave on for a few minutes (don’t forget to blend with garlic). Add all the ingredients for the meat filling for few minutes and sprinkle the mixture flour, still on heat stir while adding the seasoning leaves and tomato paste. Boil till all is condensed.
Put the potatoes on a baking bowl top the meat filling with the mashed potatoes and bake till the edges turn brown. Enjoy after cooling.
